You'll usually get your money back with stubhub, but it's always possible you purchase fake tickets and/or passes. You never have to worry about that with tm. I worked for a large sports/entertainment venue, and the amount of times we saw people roll up with fake stubhub. I saw a parking pass for sale on stubhub for the gateway east garage for a game at progressive field this summer. Mobility is an issue for someone in our party so the garage location is ideal. Immediately called customer service thinking i should easily get a refund for a fraudulent listing and instead they said all of the parking passes on their site are for spots that are close to. Stubhub is legit and a safe option, but you pay a premium. Considering you're going to a preseason game, though, you can almost certainly find cheaper parking near the stadium.
